Dublin will play Kilkenny in the Leinster U20 hurling championship final after both sides came through their respective semi-finals yesterday evening.

An early brace of goals from Callum Graham put Dublin on course for a 2-18 to 0-17 victory over Galway at Glenisk O’Connor Park, Tullamore.

Graham’s double rocked the Tribesmen and saw Fintan Clandillon’s move towards a 2-8 to 0-11 half-time lead before outscoring their opponents by 0-10 to 0-6 in the second period, with Graham, Oisin Gaffney and Senan Crosbie among those to sail the scores that got them over the line.

Meanwhile, Kilkenny were comfortable in their 0-26 to 1-9 win over Laois at O’Moore Park, Portlaoise.

The Cats held a 0-10 to 1-4 half-time lead, with Kyron Cuddy having grabbed the hosts’ goal on the eve of half-time, and the Leinster kingpins would go on to dominate in the second period.

Michael Brennan’s frees along with points from Anthony Ireland Wall and Eoghan Lyng had the visitors up by half a dozen by the fourth quarter and they’d book their final berth with points from Brennan, Murt Murphy and Lyng down the home stretch.
