Stephen O'Neill delivered a 'Man of the Match' performance as Tyrone were crowned All-Ireland Masters champions for a record fourth consecutive year thanks to a 4-8 to 0-9 victory over Roscommon this afternoon.

Mark Donnelly set the tone early for the holders at Kingspan Breffni with a goal inside the opening three minutes and they’d net again before moving towards a 2-5 to 0-4 half-time lead.

Sean Fahy’s frees helped keep the Rossies in with an outside chance, but Conor Gormley’s goal and a superb point from O'Neill would see the Red Hands opening up a double figure lead midway through the second-half.

The Connacht side reduced their deficit to eight in the closing quarter ahead of Martin Taggart hammering home a fourth goal that put the icing on the cake for Tyrone.
