This unprecedented collaboration marks the first time the NYGAA has entered into a sponsorship of this magnitude, solidifying its position as a leading organization within the global Gaelic games network. The partnership includes approximately $250,000 in financial support to help NYGAA County Teams compete in prestigious competitions such as the Connacht Championship, the Lory Meagher Cup, Tailteann Cup, and the Junior All-Ireland Championships. With the backing of these influential sponsors, NYGAA is poised to further its mission of fostering Gaelic games and culture among the Irish-American community and beyond.

Speaking on this transformative agreement, Sean Price, the newly elected Chairperson of NYGAA, shared his enthusiasm: “This partnership is a game-changer for New York GAA. It reflects the dedication of our sponsors and their belief in the value and potential of Gaelic games. Together, we are paving the way for an exciting future for our players, supporters, and the community as a whole.”

The sponsorship deal will prominently feature the Navillus Contracting, Gotham Drywall, and Metro R Services logos on the iconic NYGAA jerseys, symbolizing a shared commitment to excellence, community, and tradition. The partnership will also provide valuable resources to enhance player development, facilities, and the overall growth of Gaelic games in New York.

NYGAA would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to Navillus Contracting, Gotham Drywall, and Metro R Services for their visionary support. This partnership not only ensures a brighter future for Gaelic games in New York but also strengthens the cultural and social ties that bind the Irish community across generations.
