Recently-retired Dublin forward Hannah Tyrrell and Roscommon goalkeeper Helena Cummins are the 2025 ZuCar Golden Boot and ZuCar Golden Glove winners respectively.
Tyrrell top-scored across the junior, intermediate and senior grades in this year's TG4 All-Ireland Championship with a tally of 6-28, including five points in Dublin's emphatic All-Ireland senior ladies football final victory over Meath.
The former Ireland rugby international, who previously won the award in 2023, announced her retirement after the success. She has since undergone surgery after tearing her ACL in the closing stages of the final, but hopes to return at club level once her recovery allows.
"Personal or individual awards aren’t something I set out to achieve at the start of the year," Tyrrell said.
"Obviously it was the All-Ireland for us and to win that was great, but it’s always nice to get another award on top of that. It’s always nice to be celebrated and get these accolades."
Helena Cummins has also been honoured with the ZuCar Golden Glove award.
The Roscommon goalkeeper's brilliant save to deny Fermanagh’s Joanne Doonan in the group stages of the TG4 All-Ireland Intermediate Championship won the popular vote on the Ladies Gaelic Football Association website, seeing off stiff competition from Eimear Barry (Laois), Robyn Murray (Meath), Dearbhla Gower (Donegal) and Clare Friel (Donegal).
