FL Div 3: Kilbride get back to winning ways

Kilbride 3-13 Dunderry 1-14
After 2 previous defeats, Kilbride travelled to Dunderry Saturday evening to regain momentum and get back on a winning track.
After a slow start from Kilbride, Dunderry gained an early lead. It took to the end of the 1st quarter before Kilbride got a score with a point from Josh Harford followed by another point from his brother Cian. Kilbride were wasteful in front of the goal in the early stages but this changed quickly with 2 goals in quick succession from Josh Harford and Fiachra Gorman. Kilbride finished the first half 2-4 to 1-5.
Kilbride got a third goal early in the second half from Dave O'Leary. As a team they then pushed on well and built up a nice lead scoring some great points from Josh Harford, Fiachra Gorman and Luke Faherty. With the introduction of Zach McGovern, this helped Kilbride seal the win. Full time score Kilbride 3-13 Dunderry 1-14.
We would like to wish Paddy Peters a speedy recovery after picking up an injury in the opening minutes.
