FL Div 2: Score difference separates the top two

June 13, 2024

Joint top Curraha play joint bottom Moynalvey at Joe Mc Dermott Park

Seneschalstown and Curraha share top spot in the Division 2 Football League.

Having won their opening five games the Yellow Furze men lost rounds 6 and 7 but got back on track last week with a narrow win over Duleek Bellewstown. Curraha on the other hand have put a great run together winning their last five outings.

After winning their last two games Dunshaughlin have moved into contention for a semi final spot and find themselves two points behind the leading pair.

St. Michaels, Oldcastle and Trim occupy fourth spot on 9 points. The latter two meet at Millbrook on saturday evening.

Syddan and Moynalvey have it all to do to make it out of the bottom.
