One thing about cappy last year is they shown that they can take down a big team. Started of slow in the championship but did get alot of momentum. They may or may not be in the business end this year but they did show that rest of the teams that you may not have the biggest squad or alot of inter county players but when you challenge the bigger teams and ask them questions anything can happen. I reckon this year's championship is gonna be competitive and not as easy as people thinks. Alot of good competitive teams.I can see some upsets this year and that's the beauty of our club championship. Looking forward to the start on Friday evening. Turlough good league and they will be favourites against everyone in the competition with the squad they have this year, would probably be an even money either side game if they met Loughrea. Not sure if Clarinbridge will have a full deck for this one and if they have learned anything from previous years, they need to be peaking later in the year rather doing their best hurling in the group stages.
