Hesitant vote for Donegal here. Expertinall (UK) - Posts: 11 - 26/07/2025 14:01:56 2628087 Link 1 |
Was in Roscommon and got to see Donegal v mayo, earlier this year. Thought SHANE o Donnell, was the player who gave mayo serious problems with his ball carrying and passing game. Expertinall (UK) - Posts: 11 - 26/07/2025 14:09:05 2628088 Link 0 |
Kerry are slight favourites overall, they are confident and should win. Donegal are hopeful and could win. Predicting is a dicey business after last Sunday's hurling final, wouldn't rule out a draw tbh. Curlew66 (Roscommon) - Posts: 632 - 26/07/2025 14:18:52 2628089 Link 1 |

Can't call hppe kerry but can't call it donegal might be in position to do it but hope kerry Gaaforlife2023 (Longford) - Posts: 822 - 26/07/2025 14:38:37 2628100 Link 0 |
Disagree completely teams maybe even and Jim great for donegal but jsck is good manager too he isn't far worse than Jim just donegal where nowhere really before Jim since 90s jack is good too though. It's combination team players on field who wil ultimately decide to just manager but both teams and manager good. Unfair to jack is way behind Jim he is good manager Gaaforlife2023 (Longford) - Posts: 822 - 26/07/2025 14:40:49 2628102 Link 0 |

I'll go with Kerry by 6 points. I hope I'm wrong. Trump2020 (Galway) - Posts: 2601 - 26/07/2025 14:43:07 2628105 Link 0 |
Maybe slightly either way you can argue but hate this disrespect kerry have other top class outside David too seanie paudi joe oconor and gavin whyte u fair say only David yes has big effect but same with dobegal Murphy affects a lot donegal. Maybe terms forwards and whole package everyone may score fot donegal but I think there's little between the team quality wise Gaaforlife2023 (Longford) - Posts: 822 - 26/07/2025 14:43:30 2628106 Link 0 |

You were wrong about Trump2020 anyway.

Difficult to begrudge underdogs Dun na nGall a 3rd ever title knowing that Kerry will probably win more All Irelands that most counties over next decade. They even denied your own Longford a first ever All Ireland appearance when you made your Leinster breakthrough. That was a very good Longford team , winning a league title and beating All Ireland champions Meath on their way to provincial glory.

Kerry to win by 3/4 I think. They have been coming into form at the right time, and way they played football against Armagh in that second half Donegal will not live with them. It was a joy to watch in Croker. ahsure. (Galway) - Posts: 1732 - 26/07/2025 16:52:07 2628129 Link 1 |
I'm going to go against the inclination to give a 'yerra' prediction and say Kerry win by four points. It's not a confident prediction by any means. GeniusGerry (Kerry) - Posts: 2116 - 26/07/2025 19:26:32 2628143 Link 1 |
Kerry are shaking their boots tonight, Donegal to win by 1 point in a nail biter of a finish. Tirchonaill1 (Donegal) - Posts: 3386 - 26/07/2025 19:35:03 2628146 Link 0 |
I have a feeling one team could collapse completely like in the hurling and be beaten by eight points or more...trouble is I don't know which county it will be! boxtyburgerbuns (Leitrim) - Posts: 501 - 26/07/2025 19:39:27 2628147 Link 1 |
Or could be close all pundits in part or most picking donegal surprised most supporters nit in media think it's close 50 50 or 53 47 to one county
