Apparently Cork have never won a championship game in Ennis.

Replying To Claretandblue:  "But that didn't translate to your own supporters bothering to support their team in a home championship match?"
That was our real supporters there. The 50-60000 bandwagon types only go to Croke Park.

It's good to be wrong sometimes. Pity Cork footballers didn't get over the line. Pity your hurlers did, in that they got a point that was scarcely deserved, but c'est la vie!

Munster hurling just keeps giving..Clare came from the dead which I didn't see at half time.when both teams played the ball direct it caused complete chaos..I'm not a manager but I'd question some of the cork changes upfront..of course the sending off was huge, but how stupid was Barrett to even give them an oppurtunity to show red..from what I saw it was linesman who made the call.
Duggan really caused trouble for cork and Clare got big return from galvin and shanaher..Kelly and conlan didn't have their best days..full back line under fierce pressure in 1st half but they weren't beaten.
Waterford will fancy themselves next week and I'd pick cork to beat tipp.
The other game could have gone anyway in the finish,I'd definitely have taken the draw after tipp 2nd goal.tipp brought everything to this and will need even more next week..can I mention McCarthy, what a Munster senior debut, also John McGrath who rolled back the clock..
Not sure if all the changes made worked for limerick, think hayes is needed c/back and donohue at midfield..cian is needed at c/forward..o brien was a threat all day especially when he got one on one..
Some of the limerick boys needed that game to get time into the legs.
It really is looking like the closest Munster round robin in years..overall refs handled both games very well..the handpass was penalised and with only split seconds to make decision I couldn't tell whether they were right or wrong and that was after watching replays..some huge games to come in next few weeks..if today is anything to go by,it'll be fantastic

Don't think they have. They haven't beaten Clare in Championship in alot of years anywhere. Not this decade I don't think.

Cork beat Clare in 2021, in the AI qualifiers.

Yes, Keep on forecasting as you'll eventually get one right. Even a broken clock is right twice a day!

Cork vs Tipp could be tight. Cork obviously will be without Barrett, and potentially Rob Downey, Cormac O' Brien, and Joyce due to injury. Cork's bench will be tested. The results this weekend will suit Waterford, they now have an opportunity to turnover Clare at home… Munster championship is a minefield as usual!

What a forecast by this individual! 15 point win by Cork against Clare in hurling, and a 21 point win for Kerry against Cork in football. I guess he's an American, so that's an obvious excuse!

Previously, a Prov SHC with fine margins - now, none at all.

Yes, they had two men put off that day, but that is nothing unusual for Cork

For years Limerick were the only with Balls to even go to Ennis. Tipp or Cork would not touch it with a barge pole

I wonder who he's tipping for the Grand National today. Just wanted to know who not to back.

Ya,for sure.

Two draws yesterday in Ennis and Thurles.

Who would have predicted those results?!!!

The game was over when Cork got the leveling score. Time at the refs discretion? What discretion? His discretion to give a team a chance to tie it up. If Cork got a goal we would have world war three.

Not many but refs are playing for a draw when it's tight at the end. Time was up in Ennis when Clare went ahead by a point but the ref kept playing on and Cork equalised.

The hooter system should be used in Hurling too. Everybody then knows exactly how long is left and put an end to all this added time nonsense once and for all.
