Replying To Viking66:  "St James beat St Mullins by 10 points in a challenge game recently. A nearly totally different St Mullins team were within a point or few of Doon and Loughmore. Challenge games are only challenge games, lads are trying not to get injured, and managements are giving players a run who likely won't get one in championship."
The form stood up there…

Slaughtneil were excellent tonight and they'll win the Ulster final. However they need to prove they can take their Ulster form and belief on to an All Ireland stage and so far they haven't. They must bridge that gap.

Shaping up to be interesting championship. Only Ballygunner have real pedigree at this level.

Leinster games tomorrow be interesting. Going for Thomastown, Martins, Kilcormac and Na Fianna to prevail.

With bit in hand maybe.

Slaughtneil have been 1 of the best club sides in Ireland the last 5 years.

They are the only former winners left in it. Of the rest only KK and Loughrea have even reached the final before.

Might have a few Euro on Martins today. Wexford final was good and although Naas are decent and experienced team Martins have advantage of a much tougher county championship and one of best inter county forwards in the game.

Surprised at the price to be honest. Saw Naas last year and were nowhere close to Na Fianna.

A surprisingly dominant win for castletown Goeghan today over Thomastown.
The championship is surely wide open now!

Ctg will love having a crack off kilcormac and it could be very close..the other semi is very interesting..I'd give martins a great chance..have they got it in Wexford park??iif so could make huge difference..very hard to see ballygunner being beaten in Munster..

I honestly think the winners will come from the winner of the Munster v Ulster semi. It's looking like a Ballygunnar v Slaughtneil match up and they both have looked the stand out teams this year. If Slaughtneil can match their performance against Cushendall then it will be tight. The other semi I think Na Fianna will come out of that half, doesn't look anywhere as competitive.

Ballygunge's few frees were hard earned.? Their yellow cards were soft.?

Replying To katser:  "From a Galway point of view I don't give Loughrea much hope of winning the All Ireland apart from Gort and sarsfields (2015) they are probably one of the weakest ambassadors to represent Galway at the All Ireland Club stage in the last 20yrs."
Will you ever get a life katser. You would be lickin' the thomas' and portumna arses if they were there today. Support any Galway club that's champions.

Loughrea will put it up to any team that comes out of Leinster. They've lost 2 games in the last 4 yrs in the Galway championship (2022 replay Vs thomas' which they were robbed of and last year Vs turloughmore) they won every game they played this year and they have a very balanced team. It's wide open this year

Can't see St Martins beating Na Fianna myself.

Martins found it hard to shake off a poor effort from Naas today.

Na Fianna very unlucky to lose Leinster final to OLG last year in Croker.

Yes. That's why I said of the rest only KK and Loughrea have even reached a final.

Just back from it. A poor game tbh I was expecting more from Naas. Hard to know what way they will go against Na Fianna. I wouldn't write them off though, they have some excellent players.

Portaferry might have something to say about that.

It's wide open, although I'd have Ballygunner as favourites.

Martins covered my weekend:-)

Na Fianna eventually impressive. Good that Dublin teams well able for "tradional Laois hurling."

Martins be big test. Wide open still.

Congratulations Westmeath lads. First ever id say?

Hard to see past Ballygunner this year. Fine team, they have been playing together so long their combinations are superb. With a nice stream of young talent coming up keeping it fresh every year
They will feel they have not won enough at AI level so no overconfidence
With the experience they have it will be very hard for any of the others
