There are fellas viewing this forum who have a problem with gambling, posts like this shouldn't be allowed on here. Anyway, we have to be in Croke Park for a 1.15 throw in on Sunday so that both the GAA quarter finals will be finished earlier, because RTE don't want the GAA games to clash with their coverage of the England last 16 game, and the GAA allow our schedule to be dictated by RTE? some joke this country, no respect shown to our own supporters. Romania, Switzerland and Turkey all to qualify for QF 25/1 mmmmm nice! katser (Galway) - Posts: 2475 - 27/06/2024 14:27:18 2555168 Link 0 |
Anyone of those 4 Romania v Netherlands and Austria v Turkey could easily make SF. You would have to expect Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, England all to qualify for QF but as I said previously the other 3 games Switzerland v Italy, Romania v Netherlands and Austria v Turkey are 50/50. katser (Galway) - Posts: 2475 - 27/06/2024 14:32:23 2555169 Link 0 |
Will you stop! Katser is not responsible for anyone else other than himself, his family and his calves. Besides, he is due a good run after accumulated losses backing Galway against the Dub hurlers. BarneyGrant (Dublin) - Posts: 3120 - 27/06/2024 14:45:16 2555176 Link 2 |
Italy, Germany, England, Spain, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Turkey. But, I'll wait and see katser's selections before I have a bet. Cockney_Cat (UK) - Posts: 2654 - 27/06/2024 20:43:41 2555260 Link 1 |

Soccer is a technically more difficult sport to play than gaelic football. I know you're probably on a windup but still.

If I put a ten Euro bet on these teams to reach the last eight how many Euros do you guess that I would win ? And I would have to have the bet placed before 5 pm tomorrow

Spain,Germany, France, Portugal, England, Switzerland, Romania and Turkey all to "qualify " is a extremely generous 75/1.

Maybe you should ask UEFA to move the England game to facilitate your trip to Croke Park on Sunday?

There is nearly 6 and half hours of GAA (live matches + The Sunday Game) sport on RTE tomorrow.

This is a Euro 2024 Championship 'Topic'. If you need to whinge (and my God do you) about GAA sports on TV, go somewhere else. You'll find others just like you, alternatively start your own topic: 'Let's Whinge About Anything Non-GAA'.
