A manager a season isn't to surprising given the commitment involved, especially if they are travelling any distance at all. There are very few clubs who believe the players they have invested in and developed for years are suitable managers for the same club that nurtured them. Outside managers are less concerned about developing underage talent within a club. Sell your soul to the devil and you'll reap the rewards. It's a vicious circle!!!
