Replying To Ros4sam1:  "Some good intermediate games this weekend. I expect the winner of the whole thing to actually come from the prelims.

Breathnachs vs kilconly - Breathnachs by 3
Brendan's vs corofin - Brendan's by 4
Spidéal vs glenamaddy - Spidéal by 2
St Michaels vs cortoon - st Michaels by 3"
There are good teams in the prelims. Difficult to look past an oranmore who finally have their act together. Beating Michael's who got to semi final in div 1 league this year. Still would expect it to be one of those two.

Best in the business at what??

He wouldn't help Galway take the next step.

Any players emerging in the Galway county championship that could help give them a bit of strenght in depth?
They will neec that to compete next year.

Senior
Corofin by 7- Kilannin have a fear of Corofin and always roll over for them.
Moycullen AET by 2- Moycullen just have a better panel and that will see them through.
Salthill by 3 if Robert Finnerty is back. There could be an upset here if he is not.
Tuam by 5. Annaghdown are poor.

Intermediate
Corofin by 3- St Brendans always blow hot and cold and when they see the Corofin jersey the brown stuff will be down the leg. They should be thankful of the navy shorts.
MB by 2- Kilconly are just gone over the edge I feel.
An Spideal by 1 - 50/50.
St Michaels by 5 - Cortoon without Varley and Joesph Donnellan struggle for scores.

Relegation play offs

Be careful systematic. I suggested a while back that it was between this two, and I got some very derogatory replies... "havent a clue about intermediate football" , " never kicked a ball in my life"

Fairly comfortable win for Salthill. Poor first half but Dunmore couldn't get going in the second half. Both sides missed goal chances. Fairly handy for Salthill to bring on Evan Murphy at half time who made a big difference with three great points. Rob Finnerty back on the field as well for the last 15 mins or so.

Supposedly Gary Delaney has stepped down from Dunmore this evening.
