Eamon, who passed to his eternal reward on June 8, was a member of a very old and respected Kilbeggan family. He was an integral part of Kilbeggan Pitch and Putt Club for almost 40 years and also took a keen interest in the GAA. His grandson Shane is an up-and-coming player in the Kilbeggan Shamrocks club.
