Replying To Breffni40:  "I'm not certain that Rovers would have any say in the matter"
Moot point really. I doubt if Leinster Rugby are getting it for free.

Ah yeah, I've no problem with Leinster Rugby using the stadium. Sure aside from Tallaght being council owned, the irfu and the fai share Lansdowne too so an odd one to get worked up about

Replying To Ryanteam:  "Better than anti vaxxers and conspiracy theorists running the show! Robert Kennedy in his wisdom, touted the anti bacterial ivermectin as a cure for Covid 19, even when it was shown to have no antiviral properties whatsoever. Still, considering his guru proposed injection with bleach as a cure, it's not surprising he's nominated!"
For some reason the admins won't allow me to respond with a factual summary of RFKs actually views.

I respectfully disagree with you.

I'd encourage you to try to independently verify information yourself instead of repeating what certain media outlets tell you.

Shamrock Rovers are anchor tenants in Tallagh Stadium and would pay a small rate to the council…. Other sports can use the stadium as long as it doesn't impact Rovers schedule… Rugby league and GAA Feile finals have been played there…

Replying To Tirchonaill1:  "I'm no expert on politics but from what I remember hearing Trump won every swing state, he won the popular vote by 3 million votes,(I think) he won the electoral college votes comfortably to be elected President.
The Republicans won a majority in both Houses, considering all the mud they threw at Trump and the Republicans I'd call that a fair oul landslide victory, not a massive landslide I'll grant you.
I never said Trump had any interest in de-escalating the Israeli genocide, I was saying he will try to de-escalate the war in Ukraine, the Democrats would have kept firing money and weapons at it, maybe even sent troops in who knows, Trump hopefully will bring a settlement there quickly before the whole thing blows up into a full blown war with NATO."
I am putting this question to you Tirchonaill1: feel free to answer if not I'll understand and we'll move on.
The Israeli security cabinet on Tuesday night approved a deal for a cease-fire with Hezbollah in Lebanon.

Hopefully an end to this outrages and disgusting war is in sight, question, is it a coincidence that this is happening on the eve of Joe Bidens departure from the White house as President of the U.S or the return of Donald Trump as his replacement as President of the U.S.? I'm only asking.
My own theory is that Trump had a major say in it while allowing Biden to exit with a degree of dignity.

Yes. He's right to challenge COVID health outcome. The US performed badly.

He's also right to challenge conflicts of interest in the pharmaceutical industry.

We're lucky the EU is well regulated in this regard. The US is not.

SHAMROCK Rovers are only tenants in Tallaght while Sligo ROVERS couldn't care less."
Yes, Tolka Rovers, Blackburn Rovers and Wild Rovers for many a year are other rovers that are irrelevant to the conversation

Very sneaky crowd. Plenty of rugby grounds could be use but they are taking advantage of the good work of other organisations"
Which rugby grounds?

The Israelis achieved their objectives. Wouldn't matter to them who was sitting in the White House.

Or what? The Israelis aren't afraid of the Americans. Back in the 60s noone would sell them advanced weapons. They had, and still have, the best secret service in the world. They just stole the plans for said advanced weapons. And made them themselves. They developed their own nuclear weapons also. They've 3000 years written history of being sold out or walked all over. Theyre surrounded by enemies whose stated aim is eliminating them. They don't really trust anyone. And that would include the Americans.

3,000 years?
Israel was only set up in 1948 A.D.

If you believe Jewish people are only there since 1948 you obviously haven't read much history of that area. Or pay much attention to religious studies lessons in school, making the assumption you are a Christian who went to school here?
