They are doing it at u10s. Scotstown are doing it at senior level. Simple.

Funnily enough, the entire parish of Clontibret (Clontibret, Cremartin & Doohamlet) is smaller than the biggest parish that Scotstown pull from (Tydavnet). Now, Clontibret is split into 3 clubs, whilst Scotstown pull from Ballinode, Scotstown and Knocktallon along with Tydavnet.

If scotstowns too strong just say you don't have too cry about it

Scotstown is not a parish. It's Tydavnet Parish.

Any team with their numbers are going to be "too strong" in a small county like Monaghan. Scotstown goal every year should be to win ulster and ifI recall they haven't done that too many times.

Very impressed with Blayney today. They stamped their dominance on a fairly decent clones side. Clones simply couldn't handle Blayney's Benny all game and were punished. Blayney seem to be peaking at the correct time but intermediate is just so strong.

Another win for the underdogs of intermediate. Stole that one tonight too. I'd say that will be their last win of the year

Joe O Boyle under 17 and SMcE got under 20 on the basis he was excluding a certain ex intercounty senior manager from his backroom team I've heard

Paul O'Connor in for u20s with a very strong back room team which includes Darren Hughes. Some statement of intent

on a serious note that was a good performance from Blayney last night. Played really well against a strong wind to go in level at half time and they didn't give Clones a sniff in second half. Robbie Hanratty was immense, as was Mark Treanor. Benny was unplayable up front. Young mark Hughes at full back is one to watch. I was disappointed in Clones to be honest, had heard good things about them but outside Freeman (who took way too many pot shots) they were absolutely no threat going forward. Blayney should focus on league now for the rest of the season as they can get promoted through that, championship is a bonus.

Rumours are Paul O Conor is going in with Seamus Mc Enaney.
