My last post wasn't posted for some unknown reason..... Well a little under half of it was spent on a leasehold. A leasehold. There was some crowd of numpties running the place when they did that. And the rest was on playing pitches & facilities, bar, restaurant, Gym etc & recruitment of players etc. Up to 30 people were on the payroll all managed by a well known former Dublin City mayor. All got shafted following Covid and some had to go to the Work Relations Commission. None of this is a secret and has been well reported in the media. In effect most of the 23 million was squandered. Parnells should be one of the richest clubs in the country but they completely lost the run of themselves. The people involved should never be allowed near a GAA club again.
