They look the standout team alright, only team not to drop points all league. Everyone else seems capable of losing to the other. So, question on the timings of this year's competitions: Spring-A-Leak: Mar 22 - May 17 League: May 31 - Aug 9 (Div 1) Championship: Aug 16 - Oct 19 (Senior)/Oct 26 (Intermediate)/Nov 2 (Junior) Connacht Club (all three): Nov 15 or 16 What do you all think of the times of the year these competitions have been and will be played? It looks like league and championship could be started earlier until you see the connacht club fixtures, a month wait for the seniors will leave them badly stuck for a competitive game. Is what it is I guess. I was at the fenagh and Leitrim village game on Friday evening last. Good hard physical game. The jones lads were playing and were extremely average. Don't look fit at all for me and this is a worry for them going sideways and forward. Fenagh look powerful and forceful and played with an abandon and aplomb and had many admirers from the thing. A league home & away wouldn't be a bad idea in fairness. However the championship is effectively a mini league (to start with) which would have to looked at.
