The death of Brid Donohoe brought great sadness to the Cornafean and Arva areas of the county.

Brid played camogie for many years as well as being a talented member of the Cornafean Marching Band and a stalwart member of Cornafean Foroige Club.

Sincere sympathy is extended to her family, brothers PJ, Pat, Eamon, Sean, Aidan and Terry; her sisters Margaret and Patricia; her brother in law, sisters in law, nephews and nieces plus her extended family.

Her funeral was one of the largest ever seen in the area.
