In the forties and fifties, the late Paddy, along with his brothers, Johnnie, Pee Joe and Hugh were mainstays of the Corlough team.
Paddy's death in April last was a source of great sadness to Gaels in Corlough.
Paddy had a lifelong interest in Gaelic football and followed Corlough and Cavan teams all his life with his trips to Clones and Croke Park always memorable occasions for him.
Paddy was a gentleman and his sudden death shocked his local community.
He is survived by his three brothers, his sister Mollie and extended family.
