Mary Moore (nee Galligan) passed away at the noble age of 90 last November and was a  very popular person around Ballinagh. 'Babby', as she was affectionately known, was a devoted wife and mother, with her husband Frank having predeceased her 15 years ago. She loved traditional Irish dancing and music, meeting  her husband at Corduff's own Ballroom of Romance. They would live together in Ballinagh for a number of years after their marriage and later in life, as their family grew up, they moved to Corduff. She is survived by her sons Peader, Tom, current assistant treasurer of the Cavan county board and Francie, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces and cousins.
