Charles 'Charlie' Hyland of Banaho, Carrickaboy passed away on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017. A progressive farmer and a true family man, Charlie - who resided in Northern Ireland, London and New York before settling in Banaho with his wife Eileen and seven children - had a great love of sport and was particularly passionate about Denn GFC. Charlie was a past president of the club while his sons Barry and Paul are former players.
